| 摘 要： | 目的分析联合用药在心血管疾病治疗中的问题。方法对心血管病人临床用药情况采取合理用药监测系统进行连续监测,并进行数据分析。结果对心血管病人的300条临床用药医嘱单进行监测。291条药物相互作用合理,9条存在不合理配伍情况。结论对心脑血管疾病治疗中的联合用药问题要加强重视,监测观察药物之间的相互作用,制定安全有效地联合用药方案及措施。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo analyze the problem of combination therapy in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.MethodsThe clinical treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease take rational drug use monitoring system for continuous monitoring and data analysis. Results 300 patients with cardiovascular disease clinical medication your doctor orders monitoring. 291 drug interactions is reasonable,9 there are unreasonable compatibility. Conclusion The combination therapy in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,increased attention to monitor the interaction between observed drug to develop safe and effective combination therapy programs and measures. |
