引入转化医学理念,辨识筛查认知障碍的思考

痴呆作为一种常见的社区慢性病一直困扰着广大医疗工作者,其预防的意义大于治疗。近年来,痴呆前认知障碍逐渐成为研究重点,但目前缺少一种辨识筛查工具。在转化医学理念指导下,引入患者报告的临床结局(PRO)技术方法,制定辨识筛查工具,力求将痴呆前认知障碍这一特殊人群筛查出来,利于早期干预,阻断或延缓痴呆的进程。

Thought of identifying and screening the crowd with cognitive impairment by introducing the concept of translational medicine

Medical workers have been troubled by dementia,a common community chronic disease,for a long time.The significance of prevention is more important than treatment.Recent years,cognitive impairment no dementia has become the key of research gradually,however,there is not a useful tool to identify and screen them.Guiding by the idea of translational medicine,we can introduce the technique and method of patient reported outcome(PRO) to establish a tool which can identify and screen the particular crowd,then intervene at early stage,finally block or postpone the progress of dementia.
