脑脊液铁蛋白检测方法的改进（微量酶联免疫吸附法）

利用血清铁蛋白酶免疫分析（ＥＩＡ）试剂盒加以改进，建立了脑脊液铁蛋白（ＣＳＦＦ）的微量酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）。检测２４例正常人和２８例中枢神经系统疾病患者脑脊液铁蛋白；其检测范围为：１．２５～３２０ｎｇ／ｍｌ，批内变异系数为３．５％，批间变异系数为６．５％，平均回收率为１００．５％，结果表明：结核性脑膜炎、隐球菌脑膜炎、脑肿瘤组均显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），病毒性胞炎轻度增高（Ｐ＜０．０５），而多发性神经根炎则无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），对诊断中枢神经系统感染性疾病有一定价值，本法快速、敏感、简易适用于临床推广应用。

The Reform of Measured of Ferritin in Cerebrospinal Fluids(Micro-ELISA Method)

A new method of enzyme linked immune sorbert assay(ELISA) for mesuring ferritin in CSF is set up on the basis of the EIA box for ferritin serum. 24 normal persons and 28 cases of CNS are examined. The range of ferritin in CSF by using this method is 1.25～320 ng/ml. The coefficiency of variance in intragroup is 3.5%, while that in intergroup is 6.5%, The rate of recovery is 100.5%. The results illustrate that the levels of ferritin in patients with tuberculosis meningitis, cryptocoecal meningitis or braintumor are apparently higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). The values of ferritin in CSF of patients with virual encephalitis is slightly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). But there is no difference between the levels of ferritin in patients with polyradiculitis and those of the control group. This suggests that the new method is rapid, sensive and simple. It is of value to the diagnosis of infectious diseases of CNS.
