不同子宫动脉阻断方式在子宫肌瘤挖除术中的效果分析

目的探讨不同子宫动脉阻断方式在子宫肌瘤挖除术中的效果。方法以我院2011年1月至2013年1月间收治的120例需行子宫肌瘤挖除术患者为研究对象，随机分为永久阻断组、临时阻断组和未阻断组，并行相应手术，比较三组患者手术情况、术后恢复情况和生活质量之间的差异。结果临时阻断组患者与永久阻断组手术效果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但临时阻断组术后情况和生活质量高于永久阻断组，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临时阻断法能够在取得与永久阻断法相同的手术辅助效果的同时，降低患者发生不良反应的危险，加快患者术后月经恢复速度，并提高患者生活质量。

Analysis on effect of different uterine artery blockage ways in the myomectomy under the laparoscope

Objective To analyze the effect of different uterine artery blockage ways in the myomectomy under the laparoscope. Methods 120 patients who needed the myomectomy under the laparoscope were divided into permanent artery blocking group, temporary artery blocking group and the control group as their operation scheme. The difference of surgery effect, the level of postoperative recovery and the quality of life among the three groups were compared. Results In the comparison of surgery effect, there was no significant difference between the permanent artery blocking group and temporary artery blocking group. Meanwhile, the level of postoperative recovery and the quality of life in the temporary artery blocking group were more positive than those of the permanent artery blocking group. Conclusion It would get a satisfactory effect to use the temporary artery blocking method in the myomectomy under the laparoscope with the higher level of postoperative recovery and the quality of life based on the same surgery effect.
