浅谈综合护理干预对妊娠糖尿病孕期的血糖和负性情绪的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者孕期的血糖水平以及负性情绪的影响。方法选取100例妊娠期糖尿病的患者，随机将其平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规的护理方法对患者进行护理，观察组在此基础上采用综合护理干预措施对其进行护理。比较两组患者的血糖以及负性情绪的变化。结果观察组的患者在孕期的血糖水平明显优于对照组，观察组几乎接近正常水平，对照组餐后血糖明显升高；而且负性情绪的发生率（比如抑郁为0）也比对照组（比如抑郁为16．00％）明显地降低了。结论对妊娠期糖尿病的患者采取综合护理干预不仅可以使血糖控制在稳定的水平，而且还可以降低孕妇的负性情绪使孕妇保持乐观的心态，在临床上具有十分重要的应用价值。

Discussion on effect of comprehensive nursing intervention to blood sugar and negative emotions during gestationaldiabetes mellitus pregnant period

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on blood sugar levels during pregnancy and the influence of negative emotions in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）. Methods 100 cases of patients with GDM were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group used conventional nursing method for patients, observation group used the comprehensive nursing intervention measures based on the conventional treatment in control group. Blood sugar and negative mood changes were compared in patients of two groups. Results The blood glucose level during pregnancy in observation group patients was better than that in control group, observation group almost got close to normal, postprandial glucose in the control group increased significantly; and the incidence of negative emotions （like depression 0） more significantly decreased than the control group （such as depression 16.00%）. Conclusion Adopting comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with GDM can not only control blood sugar in a stable level, but also can reduce the negative emotions of pregnant women to keep them have the optimistic point of view, showing very important application value in clinic.
