广州市黄埔地区听力损失患者助听器使用状况及影响因素调查

目的探讨广东省黄埔地区听力损失患者的助听器使用率及其影响因素。方法采用横断面研究方法对2012年3月至6月广州市黄埔区红会医院耳鼻喉科的164例听力损失的门诊病例进行一对一问卷调查，调查内容包括一般人口学特征、助听器使用相关行为、助听器使用效果评价。结果调查的152例听力损失患者中男性85例（55．9％），女性67例（44．1％），平均年龄（66．8±11．4）岁；152例听力损失患者助听器使用者为34例（22．4％），助听器使用类型最多为耳背式（50％），72．7％的助听器使用者表示满意使用效果。logistic回归分析表明，性别、年龄以及受教育程度等一般人口学信息与助听器的使用率间无统计学关联。结论广东省黄埔地区听力损失患者助听器的使用率较低，提醒有关部门应采取相应措施改善弱听人士的听力状况。

Investigation on service condition of hearing aid among hearing impairment patients and related influential factors inHuangpu district, Guangzhou

Objective To estimate the prevalence of hearing aid use among patients with hearing impairment and explore possible factors influencing the adoption of hearing aid. Methods A cross-sectional survey among hearing impairment in the cross in Guangdong province was carried out from March to June 2012. Questionnaire-based interviews were conducted to collect information including socio-demographics, hearing aid use patterns and evaluation of using effects. Results Among all these patients, 55.9% and 44.1% were male and female respectively, the mean age was （66.8± 11.4） years. The current prevalence of this survey was 22.4%. Most widely used hearing aid was behind the ear （50%）. About 72.7% of the users were satisfied with the hearing aid. Multilevel logistic regression showed that： gender, age, marital status, salary and education status were not significantly related to hearing aid use. Conclusion The current prevalence of hearing aid use is low, which indicates that some related departments should take effective measures to improve the hearing conditions of partially-hearing people.
