摘    要:目的了解新农合乡村医生报酬水平,为制订合理的补偿方案提供参考。方法采用流行病学现场研究方法进行调查。结果昆明市乡村医生的平均补偿水平较低,仅为120.0元/月。累积比数模型分析表明,影响乡村医生报酬的因素有文化程度、累计工作年限、职称、开展医疗活动的地点、卫生服务活动的区域和从事计划免疫的天数。结论目前,昆明市新农合乡村医生卫生服务工作报酬水平较低。相关部门应适当提高报酬水平,并不断调整和完善补偿方案。

Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Reward Level of Rural Doctor

Abstract:Objective To understand the compensatory situation of rural doctor's health service work in new rural cooperative medical system ( abbr. NRCMS ) , provide reference evidence in order to formulate reasonable compensation scheme of rural doctor. Method Using epidemiological research methods studied it. Result The Kunming rural doctor's average compensation level was lower, only 120 yuan per month. Muhifactor accumulative odds model analysis showed that the factors influencing reward of rural doctor's included degree of education, accumulative working life, job title ,the place of carrying out the medical practicing activities, district of health service activities and the fate of engaging in Planned Immunity. Conclusion The present reward level of rural doetor's health services work was low in NRCMS of Kunming. It should raise its the reward level, and constantly adjusting and perfecting the compensatory scheme.
