| 摘 要： | 肺挫伤是主要的胸部钝性伤，严重肺挫伤死亡率较高，是胸部创伤的主要死亡原因之一。笔者收集了近几年有关肺挫伤基础研究及临床救治的文献报道，对肺挫伤后的病理生理、影像学研究及治疗进展作了重点介绍。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary contusion is a major injury in chest blunt injury with a high incidence.Severe pulmonary contusion has a high mortality and it is the major cause of death of chest trauma.In this article,the authors have reviewed the recent reports with a focus on the advances of its treatment,pathophysiologic change and image. |
