摘    要:目的:研究车前子对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平及抗氧化作用的影响.方法:用高脂饲料喂饲健康成年SD大鼠3个月,诱发高脂血症的同时,分别加入不同剂量的车前子,观察其对血脂及抗氧化作用的影响.结果:车前子可明显降低大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及HDL-C/TC比值,并且还能提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及一氧化氮(NO)含量.结论:车前子能有效的降低高脂血症大鼠血脂水平,提高抗氧化能力.

Abstract:Objective: To study effects of Plantago phllium on serum lipid metabolism and antioxidation. Methods: A hyperlipidaemia model was established by feeding SD adult rats with high lipid diets for 3 months. The Plantago phllium was simultaneously supplemented to rats to evaluate the effects on the reduction of lipid level and anti-oxidation. Results:The rat serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride and MDA were reduced and the HDL level and HDL/TC ratio were increased. The activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and nitric oxide were enhanced. Conclusion: Plantago phllium may contribute to the reduction of hyperlipidaemia and the inhibition of oxidative modification.
