| 摘 要： | 目的 研究桂林乌桕Sapium chihsinianum的化学成分。方法 利用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化。通过理化方法及光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 从桂林乌桕茎的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得10个已知化合物，分别鉴定为矛瑞屯醇（moretenol,I），矛瑞屯酮（moretenone,Ⅱ），油酮酸（acetylaleuritolic acid,Ⅲ），东莨菪内酯（scopo-letin,Ⅳ），2-羟基-4-甲基苯乙酮（2-hydroxy-4-methoxyacetophenone,V)，正三十四烷酸（Ⅵ），硬脂酸（Ⅶ），3，3′-二-氧-甲基鞣花酸（3，3′-di-O-methylellagic acid,Ⅷ），β-谷甾醇（IX），胡萝卜苷（X）。结论 化合物Ⅵ，Ⅵ均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
