角膜中央厚度与原发性开角型青光眼视网膜神经纤维层厚度的关系

目的:研究原发性开角型青光眼患者的角膜中央厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)与开角型青光眼严重程度之间的关系。方法:对眼科门诊原发性开角型青光眼患者30例60眼分别进行视野,OCT检查中央角膜厚度及视神经纤维层厚度,并进行统计学分析。结果:研究组中开角型青光眼患者的平均中央角膜厚度为561.8±44.9(483～609)μm。根据同一患者双侧中央角膜厚度分组,组间视野平均缺损(MD),平均视神经层厚度(average retinal nerve fiber layer,Average RNFL)有显著性差异(P=0.034,P=0.012),CCT较薄组MD值及平均视神经层厚度均较低。CCT与MD,平均视网膜神经纤维层厚度正相关(P=0.043,P=0.006)。结论:中央角膜厚度与开角型青光眼视神经损伤有一定相关性。

Relationship between the corneal central thickness of primary open angle glaucoma patients and the severity of ope nangle glaucoma

AIM:To study the relationship between the corneal central thickness (CCT) of primary open angle glaucoma patients and the severity of open angle glaucoma.·METHODS: Carry out visual field check, OCT inspection of the central corneal thickness and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness to 30 cases (60 eyes) of our ophthalmic clinic’s patients with primary open angle glaucoma, and then conduct statistic analysis.·RESULTS: Among the study groups, all the patients’ average central corneal thickness is 561.8±44.9(483-609)μm. According to the CCT of two eyes of one patient , divide the eyes into two groups: there is significant difference in average defect among the groups(P=0.034,P=0.012), MD value and the value of average retinal nerve fiber layer thickness are lower in the CCT relative-thinner group; There is no significant difference in pattern standard deviation(PSD) (P> 0.05). ·CONCLUSION:There is a certain correlation between central corneal thickness and the retinal nerve damage of openangle glaucoma.
