潮州地区泌尿生殖道支原体检测及其耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解广东省潮州地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况以及对不同药物的耐药性,为临床医生治疗支原体感染提供合理用药依据. 方法 对2725例疑似泌尿生殖道支原体感染患者标本进行解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)的检测和药敏试验. 结果 2725例疑似泌尿生殖道感染的患者中,有1343例支原体培养阳性,阳性率为49.3%,其中Uu阳性759例占27.9%;Mh阳性79例占2.9%,Uu和Mh混合阳性505例占18.5%,女性患者标本支原体感染率明显高于男性.药敏试验结果显示,支原体对喹诺酮类抗生素耐药率最高,原始霉素的耐药率最低,对四环素类抗生素的耐药率较低;Uu+Mh混合感染对9种抗菌药物的耐药率均高于单纯Uu感染. 结论 潮州地区支原体感染的经验治疗首选药为原始霉素,其次是交沙霉素、四环素类等,具体情况应根据实验室的药敏结果选择合适的抗菌药物.

Detection and drug resistance analysis of genitourinary tract mycoplasma in Chaozhou area

Abstract:Objective To study the infection situation of genitourinary tract mycoplasma and their drug resistance in Chaozhou region, and to help doctors to select reasonable application of antibiotics. Methods Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and human mycoplasma hominis (Mh) were isolated, and their antibiotic susceptibility were detected with Mycoplasma IST 2 Reagent BOX from France in 2725 cases of genitourinary tract suspected infection patient specimens. Results Among 2725 cases of suspected specimens, 1343 cases were positive for mycoplasma, accounting for 49.3% of the total specimens. Among them, the positive rate of Uu, Mh and mixed infection of Uu and Mh were 27.9% (759 cases), 2.9% (79 cases), and 18.5% (505 cases) respectively. Mycoplasma infection in female patient specimens were significantly higher than those in male patients. Susceptibility test results showed that quinolone antibiotic resistance rates was highest for mycoplasma, pristinamycin resistance rate was lowest, and the tetracycline antibiotics resistance rates was also lower. 9 kinds of antimicrobial drug resistance rate for Uu and Mh mixed infection were higher than that of single Uu infection. Conclusion For the treatment experiential of mycoplasma infection in Chaozhou region, the first candidate antibiotics was pristinamycin, followed by josamycin and tetracycline, and appropriate antibiotics selection should be based on the antimicrobial drug susceptibility results of laboratory.
