50例锁骨骨折的内固定治疗疗效观察

目的探索切开复位内固定治疗锁骨骨折的最佳疗效。方法2007年11月-2009年3月共收治锁骨骨折患者50例，采用切开复位内固定治疗。结果50例伤口全部I期愈合，无内固定物失效，骨折全部愈合。按Lazzcano标准评价肩关节功能：本组优25例，良23例，差2例，优良率为96．0％。结论利用切开复位内固定治疗锁骨骨折能获良好的近期和远期效果，较手法复位固定有明显的优越性及临床可行性，值得进一步推广。

Efficacy of 50 Cases with Clavicular Fracture Fixation

Objective To explore the best efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation of clavicular fracture. Methods From November 2007 to March 2009, 50 patients of clavicular fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Results 50 cases of patients were healed at stage I, without internal fixation failure, and all the fractures healed. Evaluation of shoulder function according to standard Lazzcano： excellent in 25 cases, good in 23 cases and poor in 2 cases in this group, the f＇me rate was 96.0%. Conclusion Compared with fixation techniques, open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of clavicular fractures can get good short-term and long-term effects with more obvious advantages and clinical feasibility, which deserves further promotion.
