| 摘 要： | 目的测定鹅不食草的总黄酮含量。方法采用石油醚脱脂，用60％乙醇提取，NaNO2-Al（NO）3-NaOH显色，利用紫外分光光度法测定鹅不食草中总黄酮的含量，检测波长为510nm。结果芦丁对照品质量浓度在0．0184～0．0644mg／mL范围内与吸收度线性关系良好，回归方程为C=0．0955A-0．0105，r=0．9994（n=6），平均加样回收率为99．92％，RSD=1．02％（n=6）。样品中总黄酮含量为36．35～43．11mg／g。结论紫外分光光度法操作简便、稳定性好、结果可靠，可作为鹅不食草的总黄酮含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the total flavonoids content in Herba Centipedae.Methods The substance was degreased with petroleum ether,extracted with 60% alcohol and coloured with NaNO2-Al(NO)3-NaOH.UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the total flavonoids content, and the detection wavelength was at 510 nm.Results The absorbency and concentration of rutin had good linearity in the range of 0.018 4-0.064 4 mg/mL.The regression equation was C=0.095 5A-0.010 5,r=0.999 4(n=6).The total flavonoids content was 36.35-43.11 mg/g.The average recovery rate was 99.92% , and RSD=1.02% .Conclusion The method is simple,stable and reliable,which can be used to determine the total flavonoids content in Herba Centipedae. |
