| 摘 要： | 目的观察新鲜羊膜移植治疗急性期眼表烧伤的疗效。方法对18例(20眼)急性眼表烧伤病人进行新鲜羊膜移植治疗。结果所有病例行羊膜移植术后眼表趋于稳定炎症趋向静止,病情迅速得到控制。结论新鲜羊膜可有效重建眼表,且羊膜取材方便、手术简单、价格低廉、移植手术又可重复进行,是临床上治疗急性眼表烧伤的一种有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect on acute eye burn treated with fresh amnion transplantation.Methods 18 cases(20 eyes) were treated with this method.Results The inflammation tended stable and situation had been controlled.Conclusion The fresh amnion might re-establish the eye surface with easy,simple and cheap and effective that should be widely used. |
