中西医结合治疗痔疮患者130例疗效分析

目的探讨中西医结合治疗痔疮的临床效果。方法 130例痔疮患者被随机分为实验组(n=67)和对照组(n=63),对照组给予西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予化痔易治疗。结果两组在总有效率,痊愈率方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论化痔易结合西药治疗应用于中早期痔疮患者,能显著提高治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Combined with Western Medicine on 130 Cases of Patients with Haemorrhoids

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese combined with western medicine in treatment of haemorrhoids. Methods 130 cases of patients with haemorrhoids were randomly divided into experimental group (n= 67) and control group (n=63). The control group were given western medicine therapy,and experimental group were added to Huazhiyi on the base of the control group. Results The total effective rate and cure rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (p <0.05). Conclusion Huazhiyi combined with western medicine therapy in treatment of haemorrhoids patients at early and medieval period can significantly enhance the clinical effect and reduce pain in patients,which deserves clinical application and promotion.
