摘    要:硫化氢(H2S)在哺乳动物组织中大量产生,并且作为调节介质发挥多种理学效应.研究证明,H2S是继NO和CO之后发现的一种新的气体信号分子.H2S参与血管张力、心肌收缩力、神经递质和胰岛素分泌的调节,很多系统的功能调节与H2S有关.动脉高压、阿尔茨海默病、胃黏膜损伤和肝硬化的动物模型中均有H2S的缺乏,而外源性H2S可以改善与缺血/再灌注损伤相关的心功能不全,减少抗炎药物引起的胃黏膜损伤.本文对H2S在体内不同系统中的产生、功能调节及可能的作用机制进行综述,力求将H2S的系统功能调节作用展示出来.

Abstract:Hydrogen sulfide ( H_2S) is produced in mammalian tissues and have many physiolog-ical effects. Recent studies suggest that H_2S is the third gaseous mediator in mammals besides NO (ni-tric oxide) and CO (carbon monoxide). H_2S is involved in the regulation of angiotasis, myocardial con-tractility, neurotransmitter and insulin secretion. H_2S is associated with system function. H_2S deficiency was observed in various animal models of arterial and pulmonary hypertention, Alzheimer's disease, gas-tric mucosal injury and liver cirrhosis. Endogenous H_2S ameliorates myocardial dysfunction associated with the ischemia/reperfusion injury and reduces the damage of gastric mucosa induced by anti - inflam-matory drugs. We sum up the production, regulation function and possible mechanism of H_2S in different systems.
