摘    要:目的 研究脊髓缺血再灌注早期脊髓组织丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化。以探讨自由基在脊髓继发性损伤中的作用。方法 36只成年雄性SD大鼠采用腹主动脉肾下夹闲法造成脊髓缺血再灌注模型,连续观察再灌注后lh、4h、8h、16h、24h脊髓组织内MDA和SOD活性。结果 脊髓缺血再灌注后脊髓组织MDA立即上升。8h达最高峰,此后随之下降,但至24h仍高于正常对照组;SOD活性显著下降,8h达最低。随后连渐回升。至24h基本接近缺血前。结论 MDA和SOD参与了脊髓缺血再灌注继发性损伤的病理过程。

Early Dynamical Changes of Free Radical and Superoxide Dismutas after Spinal Cord Ischemia Reperfusion

Abstract:Objective To investigate the early changes of free radical and superoxide dismutas (SOD) after spinal cord ischemia reperfusion associated with abdominal aortic corss-clamping and to explore its mechanism.Methods 36 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group and ischemia reperfusion group;The concentration of malonyldialdehyed (MDA) and activities of SOD in spinal cord were measured 1h,4h,8h,16h and 24h after reperfusion.Results The concentration of MDA immediately increased till the peak 8h after reperfusion,and then began to decrease,but it was still higher than that in the control group 24h after reperfusion;Activities of SOD decreased significantly and to its lowest point 8h after reperfusion,and then began to raise up and almost reached the same level before ischemia 24h after reperfusion.Conclusions MDA and SOD play an important role in the secondary patholgical damage of spinal cord ischemia reperfusion.
