摘    要:绩效考核是人力资源管理的一项重要内容。文章采用文献分析法,简要分析绩效考核的研究状况及公共卫生机构绩效考核实施现况,阐述了目前在绩效考核中存在的问题,并提出了改善绩效考核的对策建议。

The Current Research on Performance Appraisal of Public Health Agencies and the Consideration on Existed Problems

Abstract:Performance appraisal is an important element for human resources management.This article, by the literature analysis, generally summaryies the research on performance appraisal and the status of the implementation in public health agencies, and discusses the problems existed in the current implementation of performance appraisal, and puts forward advices and countelaneasures to improve the performance appraisal.
