2005年龙岩市7类食品添加剂检测结果

[目的]为加强龙岩市食品添加剂的监督管理,保障人民身体健康。[方法]2005年对龙岩市本地产的7类食品进行添加剂专项抽检,每份样品检测防腐剂2项和甜味剂2项。依据GB2760-1996《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》进行评价。[结果]本次共抽检69家龙岩市生产企业,使用添加剂的厂家占55.1%;98份样品,检出率59.2%,合格率为74.5%,在58份有检出的样品中合格率仅为58.6%。[结论]虽然龙岩市生产企业使用添加剂并不普遍,但存在超量使用的企业较多,建议卫生监督部门应加强食品添加剂使用的指导与管理。

Results Analysis of Surveillance on Food Additives of Seven Kinds of Food in Longyan in 2005

[Objective]To understand the usage of food additives in Longyan,in order to strengthen the supervision on it,and protect people's health.[Methods]Detect additives of seven kinds of food made in Longyan,each sample was detected with 2 kinds of preservative and 2 kinds of sweetener,and evaluate by GB2760-1996 sanitary standard of food additives.[Results]69 producing plants were examined,and 55.1% of them used additives;98 samples were detected,the positive rate was 59.2%,the total eligibility rate was 74.5%;and the eligibility rate of 58 samples with additives positive was only 58.6%.[Conclusion]The usage of food additives in Longyan plants was not so common,but some of them use too much over the standard.Sanitary supervision department should strengthen guidance and administrative on food additives.
