高敏C-反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原与老年冠心病的相关性研究

目的研究血清高敏C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平与冠心病之间的关系。方法对91例冠心病入院后12 h内、72例本院健康体检的老年人(对照组)空腹晨起静脉采血,检测血清高敏C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原水平。结果冠心病组血清高敏C反应蛋白与健康对照组分别为(10.07±7.91)vs(4.57±1.29)mg/L,P<0.01;冠心病组血浆纤维蛋白原与健康对照组分别为(3.48±0.96)vs(2.65±0.38)g/L,P<0.01;冠心病血浆Fg与高敏C反应蛋白之间呈正相关,r=0.55。结论血清高敏C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原水平增高,与老年冠心病有关。

The relationship between high sensitive C-reactive protein and fibrinogen levels and coronary heart disease in elderly patients

Objective To study the relationship between hsCRP,Fg and coronary heart disease in elderly patients.Methods The venous blood samples were obtained from the 91 patients with CHD 12 hours after they were in hospital.The 72 healthy controls'blood samples were obtained in the morning after an overnight fasting.Then,the levels of hsCRP and Fg were determinateal.Results The Fg levels of CHD patients' were significantly different from those of the healthy controls(3.48±0.96 vs 2.65±0.38g/L,P<0.01);The hsCRP levels of CHD patients' were significantly different from those of the healthy controls(10.07±7.91 vs 4.57±1.29mg/L,P<0.01);The plasma Fg levels of CHD patients' correlated with the CRP levels,r=0.55.Conclusion The increased Fg and CRP levels are associated with CHD in elderly patients.
