藿香正气散治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎以消化道为首发症状患者的探讨＊

随着新型冠状病毒肺炎在全国乃至全世界的肆虐发展,病情的发展也变得较为复杂,在确诊的新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎患者中,发现有少数以消化道症状为首发表现。国家卫建委颁布的新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案（试行第五版）中指出,在医学观察期出现乏力伴胃肠不适,推荐使用中成药藿香正气散进行治疗。本研究从中医角度探讨了对于新型冠状病毒肺炎的认识,对藿香正气散用于确诊患者消化道症状中医药辅助治疗的可行性进行探讨,以期为冠状病毒的中医药治疗提供参考。

Discussion on using Huoxiangzhengqisan in treating COVID-19 patients with digestive tract symptoms as first clinical manifestation

As the COVID-19 is spreading in China and all around the world and has become pandemic, its symptoms are getting more and more complicated. Among people diagnosed with infection of COVID-19, some presented digestive tract symptoms as their first clinical manifestation. It is pointed out in Instructions of the Diagnose and Treatment of COVID-19 Infection (Experimental, 5th edition) by National Health Commission that Huoxiangzhengqisan is recommended to treat patients who show fatigue and digestive symptoms in medical observation. This article discusses how traditional Chinese medicine views COVID-19 infection and values the viability of using Huoxiangzhengqisan as a complementary treatment for digestive symptoms in patients diagnosed with infection of COVID-19, in order to provide some reference to TCM treatment of COVID-19 infection.
