| 摘 要： | 目的:评价环孢霉素A滴眼剂对防止翼状胬肉复发的作用。方法:将75眼随机分为3组(A,B,C)。A组接受单纯翼状胬肉切除术,B组接受翼状胬肉切除联合自体干细胞移植术,C组接受翼状胬肉切除联合术后应用0.5g/LCSA。对所有眼术前、术后进行检查,评价其复发率,然后进行统计学分析。结果:经过平均6mo随访后,A组有11眼(44%)复发,B组未见复发,C组3眼(12%)复发。经过平均6mo的随访,结果发现组间有显著统计学差异。结论:翼状胬肉单纯切除联合术后局部使用0.5g/L环孢霉素A滴眼剂可以有效防止翼状胬肉的复发。 |

| Abstract: | AIM:To study topical cyclosporine A(CSA) in the prevention of pterygium recurrence.·METHODS:The total of 75 eyes were included in this study,and these eyes were divided into three groups(A,B and C) randomly.The eyes in group A underwent pterygium excision surgery,the eyes in group B were treated by limbal-conjunctival autograft(LCAG) and pterygium excision surgery for the treatment of primary pterygium,the eyes in group C underwent pterygium excision surgery and were treated by 0.5g/L CSA postoperatively.All eyes accepted examinations before and after operation,and the relapse rate was evaluated.Then the data was analyzed statistically.·RESULTS:After average half year follow-up,pterygium recurred in 11 eyes(44%) in group A,3 eyes(12%) in group C,no eye recurred in group B.At final follow-up,statistically significant difference was found between each two groups.·CONCLUSION:Pterygium excision surgery combined with topical 0.5g/L CSA instillation seems to be efficient for the prevention of pterygium recurrence. |
