退变性椎管狭窄症的手术治疗

采用单纯开窗,黄韧带切除手术,治疗退形性腰椎管狭窄症36例。经术后平均2年8个月随访,优27例,良8例,可1例,无差级病例,优良率达97％。本手术特点是切口小,切除部分椎板,尽量切除黄韧带,特别是侧隐窝黄韧带,达到椎管减压目的。手术创伤小,骨性破坏小,利于病人术后康复及脊柱稳定。结果显示,该手术是治疗退型性腰椎狭窄症的一种有效的方法。

Operation for Retrodegenerative Lumbar Spinal Canuls Stenosis

Smple fenestration was adopted to resect the ligamenta flava to treat retro-Lumbar spinal stenosis for36 cases. The follow-up period averaged 32 monghs and the results snowed to be excellent in 27 cases,good in 8, fair in 1,no poor.Excellent and good rate was 97% .The operation can decompress thoroughly,lesser destory to the bone strcature,benefit to the patien's postoperative restoration and maintain the stability of the spinal column.So it is a feasible and effective methld for patients with degenerative lumbar spina! canal stenosis.
