| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阿魏酸钠(SF)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)脂代谢和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:35例T2DM患者每日静脉滴注SF0.3g2周,治疗前后查血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(sCRP)、内皮素(ET)及血清抗氧化酶。结果:SF能明显降低总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、ET、sCRP的浓度(P<0.01,P<0.05),能明显提高血液过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:SF能改善T2DM患者的抗氧化酶活性,降低SCRP及血脂水平,对糖尿病慢性并发症具有防治作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate sodium ferulat(SF) to diabetes antioxidant enzyme and C-reactive protein in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,sCRP,ET,CAT,SOD and GSH-Px were detected in 35 diabetes patients.The blood samples were detected after given SF 0.3g/d for 2 weeks.Results:The content of TC,TG,LDL-C,sCRP,ET in serum were decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),activities of CAT,SOD,GSH-PX in serum increased.Conclusion:SF can improve the activity of serum antioxidant enzymes and decrease the level of serum sCRP and blood lipids in diabetes.SF has a value in the treatment of diabetic chronic complication. |
