| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心力衰竭大鼠左心室非同步化与心肌基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达的关系。 方法 将70只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:手术4周组、手术8周组、假手术组及正常组。应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价大鼠左心室非同步运动。用Western Blot法检测各组实验大鼠心肌MMP-9表达。 结果 ①随着时间推移,心功能逐渐下降,手术大鼠左心室非同步指标逐渐延长而假手术组大鼠的变化不明显。②手术4周组和手术8周组大鼠心肌MMP-9的表达较正常组及假手术组明显增加(P<0.01),且手术8周组MMP-9的表达高于手术4周组(P<0.05)。 结论 心力衰竭大鼠左心室非同步化程度与心肌MMP-9表达程度密切相关。
