显微输卵管复通术80例报告

应用显微外科技术吻合结扎的输卵管80例,近期全部通畅。其中34例随访一年以上,总妊娠率为85.3％,其中宫内孕、足月分娩、自然流产及异位妊娠率分别为82.4％、64.7％、11.8％及2.9％。于峡-峡部吻合的宫内妊娠率为93.3％,而其他部位吻合为73.7％;输卵管组织正常者宫内孕率为100％,而有炎症者为75.0％。本文还讨论了输卵管复通术的成功标准,手术技巧及影响复孕的因素等。

Microsurgical anastomosis of fallopian tubes after tubal ligation

Between Jan. 1984 to Sept. 1987, we anastomosed microsurgically the severed fallopian tubes of 80 patients who had undergone tubal ligation. 34 cases have been followed up for more than one year, and it is revealed that the total pregnancy rate was 85.3%, in which the rate of intrauterine pregnancy, term delivery,abortion and ectopic pregnancy was 82.4%, 64.7%, 11.8% and 2.9% respectively. The most successful site was isthmusisthmus anastomosis, the intrauterine pregnancy rate being 93.3%; while in cases of anastomosis on other sites, the rate was only 73.7%. When the tubes had a normal and healthy tissue, the intrauterine pregnancy rate was 100%. On the contrary when there were inflammatory changes of the tubes, the rate is decreased to 75.0%. The standards of success, the operative techniques and the factos influencing pregnancy are discussed.
