噪声作业工人血浆热应激蛋白70抗体与高血压关系的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨噪声作业工人血浆热应激蛋白70(HSP70)抗体与高血压之间的关系。方法 用西方墨点免疫印迹法测定噪声作业工人血浆HSP70抗体水平,采用Logistic回归分析技术,分析HSP70抗体与高血压之间的关系。结果 噪声作业工人高血压组HSP70抗体阳性率为 55 .4%,明显高于对照组(6 .0%);按累积噪声暴露量(CNE)分层分析,HSP70抗体阳性率、高血压患病率均随着CNE增加而升高且呈剂量-反应关系;在排除高血压常见的影响因素后,高血压与HSP70抗体之间仍然存在较强联系。结论 HSP70抗体可能是噪声作业工人高血压患病的危险因素之一,可作为噪声环境应激导致高血压的血清学标志物,并可能参与高血压发病的形成过程。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between antibody against heat shock proteins 70(anti-HSP70) and hypertension in workers exposed to noise. Methods Plasma anti-HSP70 was determined with Western blotting technique in the workers exposed to noise. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between anti-HSP70 and hypertension. Results The positive rate of anti-HSP70 in hypertension group was 55.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control (6.0%). When grouped by cumulative noise exposure(CNE), the positive rate of anti-HSP70 and hypertension were all increased with the CNE. After adjusting the generally recognized risk factors for hypertension, there was still a strong association between anti-HSP70 and hypertension. Conclusion Anti-HSP70 may be a risk factor of hypertension. It may serve as biomarkers for hypertension in workers exposed to noise and may be involved in the development of hypertension.
