摘    要:目的探索HPI毒力岛阳性大肠杆菌的毒力基因存在情况。方法使用PER和杂交技术对152株HPI毒力岛阳性的大肠杆菌进行相关毒力基因检测。结果在152株携带HPI毒力岛的大肠杆菌中,基本上未栓出常见的5类致泻性大肠杆菌的毒力基因,但是部分菌株检出泌尿道致病性大肠杆菌PAI毒力岛基因yc73和prrA以及RTX毒力岛基因rtx615。结论这些大肠杆菌和已知的致泻性大肠杆菌有明显不同,携带HPI毒力岛的大肠杆菌可能包括几个不同的群,可能存在其它的尚未发现的毒力因子,有必要继续进行进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the existence of virulence genes of Escherichia coli ( E. coli) in HPI strains positive for E. coli. Methods The virulence genes or putative virulence genes in 152 HPI strains positive for E. coli were detected by using PCR and/or hybridization methods. Results There no common virulence genes in HPI strains positive for E. coli were detected, but PAI genes of UPEC, such as yc73 and irp2, were detected in 28 of 152 ( 18.4% ) strians, and "0" island 28 was detected in 33 of 152(21.8%) strains. Unexpectedly, 15 of 152 strains were found harboring PAI of UPEC and "0" istand 28 of E.coti O157:H7 at the same time. Conclusion The isolates of HPI - harboring E. coli belong to several groups and there might be other virulence genes to be detected from other enteric bacterial pathogens such as Shigella, Salmonella and so on.
