高频超声检测正常血压高值人群肱动脉内皮功能的临床观察

摘    要:目的:利用高频超声检测正常血压高值人群血管内皮依赖性与非依赖性舒张功能。方法:本研究分三组,选择50例1级高血压病患者(A组),50例正常血压高值人群(B组),与50例健康体检者(C组),测量静息时,反应性充血后及舌下含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径的变化,并计算比较3组的内径变化率。结果:静息状态下,3组间肱动脉内径差异无显著意义,肱动脉的反应性充血后引起的内径变化百分率为A组0.05)。结论:正常血压高值时己存在内皮依赖性血管舒张功能失调,高血压时损伤更为明显。

Abstract:Objective:Makeing use of high frequency surpassing good value of regular blood pressure of sound detecting crowd blood vessel Neipi dependence Not And dependence relaxation function.Method:Study three mark of group originally,choose 50 example 1 step of hypertension patients(A group),good value of 50 regular example blood pressure crowd(B group),the reactiveness hyperaemia queen and hypoglossis nurse the change being accustomed to the hydrogen nitrate glycerin queen brachial artery inside diameter,and the 3 set of inside diameters rate of change calculating comparison when healthy physical examination of example person(C group),measures tranquillization with 50.Result:3 set of room brachial arteries inside diameter difference has no notable significance under tranquillization state,the inside diameter change percentage that the reactiveness of the brachial artery hyperaemia queen arouses is an A 0.05).Conclusion:Regular blood pressure there exists the Neipi dependence blood vessel relaxation functional disturbance in self own time good value,loss is more obvious time hypertension.
