中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨关节炎30例

目的 探讨中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨关节炎(knee joint osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床效果.方法 将60例KOA患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例.对照组患者口服塞来昔布胶囊,治疗组患者加用中药膝关节熏洗治疗.于治疗前,治疗1、2、3周末,分别采用视觉模拟评分方法(visual analogue scale,VAS)观察两组患者的膝关节疼痛程度,采用Lysholm评分方法观察膝关节功能.结果 治疗前,治疗1、2、3周末,两组VAS评分均较前一时点显著下降(P＜0.05),两组Lysholm关节功能评分均较前一时点明显升高(P＜0.05).治疗1、2周末,两组VAS评分、Lysholm关节功能评分的差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中药熏洗可以缓解KOA患者的膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing for Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis: A Study of 60 Patients

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) fumigation and washing for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods Sixty patients with KOA were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given celecoxib capsules by oral administration, while the treatment group received TCM fumigation and washing combined with celecoxib. Before and after 1, 2, and 3 weeks of treatment, the degree of knee pain and knee function in the two groups were evaluated using the visual analogue scale (VAS) and Lysholm score, respectively. Results Before and after 1, 2, and 3 weeks of treatment, both groups had significantly reduced VAS scores and significantly increased Lysholm knee scores over time (P<0.05). After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in the VAS score and Lysholm knee score between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM fumigation and washing can relieve knee pain and improve knee function in patients with KOA.
