浅析超声造影检查肝脏局灶性病变的临床应用

目的：探讨超声造影对肝脏局灶性病变的诊断及临床应用价值。方法：采用国内外临床超声诊断模式，对肝脏局灶性病变患者采用超声造影进行检查，记录探测过程，分析结果。结果：超声造影法诊断肝脏局灶性符合率为90．0％，准确率高。结论：超声造影技术对部分肝脏局灶性病变的显示有较特异性的表现，超声造影在一定程度上能提高其定性诊断率，值得临床应用推广。

Ultrasound examination of the clinical application of focal liver lesions

Objective： To evaluate contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis of focal liver lesions and clinical application. Methods： Ultrasound diagnosis of foreign clinical model, patients with focal liver lesions using ultrasound imaging examination, recording detection precess analysis. Results： Diagnosis of focal liver ultrasound was 90.0% consistent with high accuracy. Conclusion： Ultrasound imaging of focal hepatic lesions on the part of the display of a more specific performance, to some extent, ultrasound can improve the diagnosis rate, worthy of clinical application and popularization.
