坦索罗辛和硝苯地平在输尿管下段结石辅助排石中的作用对比研究

目的探讨坦索罗辛和硝苯地平在输尿管下段结石辅助排石中的作用。方法2010年02月至2012年02月收治的符合入选标准输尿管下段结石患者189例，分为坦索罗辛组94例，硝苯地平组95例，观察两组临床疗效。结果坦索罗辛组在排石时间、肾绞痛发生率、镇痛药物用量明显优于硝苯地平组；坦索罗辛组总有效率100％显著优于硝苯地平组总有效率74．73％经统计学分析，P〈0．05差异有统计学意义。结论输尿管结石时由于结石移动对输尿管黏膜进行刺激，使得黏膜水肿，输尿管自主神经，肾上腺素能神经兴奋，造成输尿管平滑肌痉挛，剧烈疼痛，结石排出困难，是造成输尿管结石保守治疗重要障碍；在对输尿管结石采取保守治疗时积极使用输尿管平滑肌松弛剂，可以达到良好效果，帮助促进结石排出。在对输尿管下段结石保守治疗过程中应用坦索罗辛可以显著提高结石自然排出率，降低肾绞痛发生率，提高临床疗效，是保守治疗中良好的辅助用药。

In the lower ureter stones conservative treatment process in the application of flat Sorosin can significantly improve the stones natural excretion rate, reduce the incidence of renal colic, improve clinical curative effect is good, the conservative treatment in adjuvant drug.
