| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床药师开展药学服务的方式。方法从临床药师角度分析1例晚期胃癌患者服用吉非替尼后产生的不良反应，利用药学理论，与医师共同探讨治疗方案，实施院内药学监护。结果临床药师通过不良反应跟踪分析，提出合理建议，促进合理用药。结论临床药师应从干预药物不良反应人手开展药学服务。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the way of pharmacy services which were launched by clinical pharmacists. Methods According to the perspective of clinical pharmacist, one case of adverse reactions after gastric cancer patients taking Gefitinib was analyzed, we used pharmaceutical theory to discuss treatment options with physicians and carried out the hospital pharmaceutical care. Results Clinical pharmacists could put for- ward reasonable proposals to promote the rational use of medicines by tracking adverse reactions analysis. Con- clusion The clinical pharmacist should develop pharmacy services starting from the adverse drug reactions. |
