薤白挥发油抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

目的 对从中药薤白中分离提取的挥发油进行抗肿瘤活性研究。方法 用细胞计数法绘制加药后瘤细胞的生长曲线图，用MTT法检测薤白挥发油对S180和H22细胞株的体外细胞毒作用；同时在昆明系小鼠异体移植性S180和H22肿瘤模型上观察薤白挥发油的抑瘤作用。结果薤白挥发油能够明显抑制体外培养的瘤细胞生长，对两种瘤细胞有明显的细胞毒效应，其IC50分别是145.97mg/L\153.16mg/L，而且对荷S180和H22小鼠的肿瘤生长有明显的抑制作用，高剂量组抑瘤率分别为60.86%、52.99%。结论 薤白挥发油在体内外对S180和H22均有抑制作用。

Study of the Volatile Oil Extracted from Allium Macrostemon Bunge on Antitumor Effects

Objective To research the antitumor effects of the volatile oil extracted from Allium Macrostemon Bunge(AMB) on S_ 180 and H_ 22 in vitro and in vivo.Methods Draw growth curves of cancer cells(S_ 180 and H_ 22 )by counting active cells.Cytotoxicity effect of the volatile oil extracted from AMB on cancer cell lines was determined by MTT assay in vitro.Inhibitory effect of it on S_ 180 and H_ 22 in Km mice was observed.Results The volatile oil extracted from AMB could obviously inhibit the growth of cultured tumor cells and had significant cytotoxicity to S_ 180 and H_ 22 .The IC_ 50 (72 hours incubation)was 145.97mg/L and 153.16mg/L respectively.It exhibited significant antitumor activity on Km mice beared S_ 180 and H_ 22 .Rate of inhibition was 60.86% and 52.99% respectively.Conclusion The volatile oil extracted from AMB exhibited inhibitory effects on S_ 180 and H_ 22 in vitro and in vivo.
