| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨良性前列腺增生（BPH）的有效手术新方法。方法：采用经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术（TUEVAP）治疗BPH56例。结果：手术时间40－100min，所有病例术后均排尿通畅，国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）平均8．2分，最大尿流率平均15．6ml/s，未出现严重并发症。结论：TUEVAP治疗BPH具有安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的优点，是治疗BPH的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the new effectiv e approach for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: Fifty six patients with BPH were treated with the tran surethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate (TUEVAP). R esults: The time of the operations ranged from 40 to 100 minutes. All the patients urinated smoothly after surgery. The average score of IPSS w as 8.2, and the maximum uroflow ratio was 15.6 ml/s. No severe complications oc curred. Conclusion: TUEVAP has some advantages,such as more safety, fewer complications and better effectiveness. It is an effectiv e approach for the treatment of BPH. |
