妊娠合并心脏病产妇的麻醉及处理

目的 总结分析36例妊娠合并心脏病患者行子宫下段剖宫产的麻醉管理体会.方法 回顾分析我院36例患者,对术前评估和准备,硬膜外平面、全麻诱导等进行探讨.结果 除1例右冠状窦破裂入右室流出道急诊行心脏外科修补术同时取胎,1例家属放弃新生儿抢救外,均母子平安.结论 充分的术前准备,适合的麻醉方法及药品选择,完善的监测手段,合理补液、补血是母子平安的保证.

Anesthetic management of patients with cardiac disease in pregnancy

Objective To review the anesthetic management experiences of cesarean section in 36 parturients with cardiac disease.Methods To retrospectively analyze the anesthetic records of 36 cesarean section parturients with cardiac disease from 2002 to 2007.Results A parturient was performed cardiac surgery neoplasty and to take fetus because right coronary sinus ruptured into right ventricular outflow.A fetus was surrendered to rescue by parturient's family.There was no significant cardiovascular changes in the other parturients during the operation.Conclusion Many parturients with cardiac disease can be safely delivered surgically by skillful anesthesiologists who are aware of the common potential intra-operative problems,perform sufficient preoperative preparation,choose suitable anesthetic methods,employ consummate monitoring means and has the ability to respond to undesired events immediately.
