太极龟龄茶健脾养胃作用的实验研究

目的探讨太极龟龄茶健脾养胃作用机理.方法建立脾虚动物模型,观察太极龟龄茶对脾虚家兔胃运动、在体回肠运动的影响,对脾虚大鼠胃排空作用、胃液分泌的影响,对脾虚小鼠肠管推进的影响.结果太极龟龄茶对脾虚家兔亢进的胃运动有抑制作用,明显提高脾虚大鼠胃液量、总酸度、总酸排出量及胃蛋白酶活性,降低脾虚家兔在体回肠的收缩频率及收缩幅度,降低脾虚小鼠肠管推进率,减轻肠管重量.结论太极龟龄茶具有明显的健脾养胃作用.

Experimental Study on the Effect of Taijiguiling Tea on Strengthening the Spleen and Stomach

Objective To explore the effective mechanism of Taijiguiling Tea on Strengthening the Spleen and Stomach. Methods Spleen deficiency animal models were estabilished to observe the effects of the tea on the movement of stomach and ileum in vivo in model rabbits, and its effects on gastric empty and secretion in model rats and itestinal transit in spleen deficiency mice. Results Taijiguiling Tea could suppress the stomach movement of the rabbits, and significantly increase the amount of gastric juice, the total acidity, output of gastric acid and activity of pepsin in the rats. While it could reduce the frequency and transit rate of the intestine. Conclusion Taijiguiling Tea has obvious effect of Strengthening the Spleen and Stomach.
