复肝宁对实验性肝损伤肝纤维化大鼠血清HA、LN的影响

摘    要:目的研究中药复肝宁对实验性肝纤维化大鼠血清Hya-luronic acid(HA)、Laminin(LN)的影响。方法实验分为中药复肝宁低、中、高剂量组、秋水仙碱组、模型组和空白对照组,观察复肝宁对实验性肝纤维化大鼠血清ALT、AST、HA、LN的含量及病理形态学的影响。结果中药复肝宁各组ALT、AST活性、HA、LN的血清含量低于模型组及秋水仙碱组,病理变化减轻。结论中药复肝宁能有效地防止免疫性肝纤维化模型大鼠血清ALT、AST、HA、LN的升高,有保护肝细胞、防治肝纤维化的作用。

Abstract:Objective To research into the protective effects and mechanism of Fu-Gan-Ning(FGN)on rats with hepatic fibrosis.Methods The rat immumo-hepatic fibrosis model was induced by intra-peritoneal injection of porcine serum.Then the rats were divided into normal,model,colchicines,as well as low,moderate,high doses of FGN groups.The effect of FGN on alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),Hya-luronic acid(HA),and laminin(LN) was observed.Results Compared with model group and colchicines group,the levels of ALT,AST,HA and LN were significantly reduced,and the pathological changes and collagen fibrosis were abated significantly in FGN-treatment group.Conclusion FGN can reduce the levels of ALT,AST,HA,and LN.It is effective in protecting hepatic cells,preventing and treating hepatic fibrosis.
