200例神经症就医行为分析

目的　了解神经症患者发病后的就医行为 ,以指导其正确就医。方法　收集 1999年 6月至2 0 0 1年 6月符合CCMD 2 R神经症诊断标准的 2 0 0例患者 ,对其发病后院外就医行为进行分析。结果　有96例首诊于精神科 ;94例首诊或反复长期就诊于综合医院内科、中医科、神经内科 ,尤以焦虑症的惊恐发作和疑病症患者为多 ;10例癔症患者发作时求助于迷信、气功活动。结论　约有半数神经症患者发病后去综合医院就诊 ,因此在综合医院普及精神医学知识、设立精神科门诊、心理测验室或心理咨询室 ,加大精神卫生知识的宣传 ,开展联络精神病学工作是十分重要的。

A investigation on the behavior of seeking medical advice in 200 cases with neurosis

Objective To investigate the behavior of seeking medical advice in patients with neurosis in order to improve the rates of its early diagnosis and the effect of treatment.Methods 200 patients with neurosis diagnosed according the CCMD 2 R standard were collected at the our hospital during the 1999,6 to 2000,6,then their behavior of seeking medical advice in other hospitals was analyzed.Results Among the 200 patients,of 96 patients had their first medical visit at the psychiatric department,other 94 patients had their first medical visit or repeated visits at internal department,traditional Chinese medical section or nerve internal department of general hospital,10 patients seeked superstition or Qigong for help during the attacks of hysteria.Conclusion About half of neurosis patients have their medical visits at general hospital,so mental medical knowledge should be popularized and the psychiatric clinic or mental consultation room should be established to improve the rates of early diagnosis and treatment of neurosis.
