| 摘 要： | 目的观察星状神经节阻滞联合中药治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法选择明显偏头痛患者80例，随机分治疗组和对照组；治疗组在星状神经节阻滞下，配合中药天麻钩藤饮加减治疗，对照组仅采用中药。结果随访6个月治疗组总有效率97．8％（43／44例），无效1例，对照组总有效率63．9％（23／36例）；无效13例，两组临床效果差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论在星状神经节阻滞下，配合中药天麻钩藤饮加减治疗偏头痛，具有较高的安全性及较好的疗效，明显优于单纯中药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objectives To observe the clinical effect of stellate ganglion block（SGB） combined with traditional Chinese-medicine on migraine. Method Eighty patients with typical migraine were divided into treatment group and controlled group. Patients in treatment group were treated with SGB and traditional Chinese-medicine; controlled group with traditional Chinese-medicine only. Results After six months follow-up,the overall effective rate was 97.8%（43/44 cases） in treatment group, and 63.9%（23/36 cases） in controlled group （P〈0.05）. The noneffective cases were 1 and 13 in treatment and controlled groups respectively. Conclusions Treatment of migraine with SGB and traditional Chinese-medicine is better than that with traditional Chinese-medicine only. |
