| 摘 要： | 目的:观察骨质疏松女性患者血清FSH 、E2、 T、ALP的含量.方法:根据临床诊断将81名妇女分为骨质疏松组和非骨质疏松组,分别检测血清FSH 、E2、 T、ALP水平.结果:骨质疏松的女性血清E2、 T水平显著低于非骨质疏松组(P＜0.01),血清FSH、ALP水平显著高于非骨质疏松组(P＜0.01).结论:中年后妇女如发现雌激素水平明显下降,应积极防治骨质疏松.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the levels of serum FSH,E2,T,ALP in female patients with osteoporosis. Methods Serum FSH,E2,T (with RIA) and ALP (with biochemistry) levels were measured in 51 female patients with osteoporosis and 31 women without osteoporosis. Results The serum levels of FSH and ALP in patients with osteoporosis were significantly higher than those in women without osteoporosis (P<0.01), while the serum E2 and T levels were significantly lower (P also<0.01). Conclusion Marked reduction of serum female hormones levels is a warning sign for development of osteoporosis and should be properly dealt with. |
