从某院产科抗菌药物应用分析思考实施临床路径的必要性

目的:了解产科围术期抗菌药物应用现状,探讨产科实施临床路径的必要性。方法:抽取某院2010年10月-2011年3月产科病历314份,分析抗菌药物的应用合理性,结合产科相关临床路径进行对比分析。结果:所有产妇均预防性应用了抗菌药物,应用率达100%,存在选药、用药时机、时间、用药剂量不合理等现象,而临床路径的实施从管理和技术的角度防止了可能发生的种种不合理现象。结论:应尽快推行临床路径在各级医院医疗质量管理中的应用,促进医疗资源的合理利用。

Necessity of Clinical Pathway Implementation for the Application of Antibiotics in Obstetrics Department of a Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To understand the status quo of antibiotics application in obstetrics department during perioperative period,and to discuss the necessity of implementing clinical pathway in the obstetric department.METHODS：314 medical records were randomly selected from obstetric department of a hospital from Oct.2010 to Mar.2011.The rationality of antibiotics use was analyzed comparatively,based on clinical pathways in the obstetric department.RESULTS：The proportion of the prophylactic use of antibiotics in all puerpera was 100%.There were plenty of irrational cases existing,such as drug selection,medication timing,drug dosage.However,the implementation of clinical pathway could prevent the possible irrationality in respect of management and technology.CONCLUSION：The implementation of the clinical pathway management should be applied in all levels of medical quality management as soon as possible to promote the rational use of medical resources.
