唐山市1168例抗感染药致药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解唐山市抗感染药致药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对2008年1月-2010年6月唐山市ADR监测中心收集并上报至国家ADR监测网的1168例抗感染药致ADR报告进行统计分析。结果:引起ADR的抗感染药涉及13大类108个品种,头孢菌素类引起的ADR居首位,其次为喹诺酮类和大环内酯类;ADR累及器官或系统主要为消化系统、皮肤及其附件、全身性等;严重的ADR发生率为1.88%;引发ADR的给药途径以静脉滴注为主,占83.87%。结论:临床应规范抗感染药的应用,进一步加强ADR监测和预警工作,以保证用药安全、有效。

Analysis of 1 168 ADR Cases Induced by Anti-infective Drugs in Tangshan

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the characteristic and regularity of anti-effectives drug-induced ADR in Tangshan,and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS：1 168 ADR cases induced by anti-effective drugs collected and reported to State ADR Monitoring Website by Tangshan ADR Monitoring Center from Jan.2008 to Jun.2010 were analyzed statistically by retrospective method.RESULTS：ADR induced by anti-effective drugs involved 13 categories and 108 kinds of drugs.Cephalothin ranked the first place in the list of ADR,followed by quinolones and macrolides.The ADR involved systems or organs were mainly digestive system,skin and its appendants and general harm,etc.The incidence rate of severe ADR was 1.88%,and 83.87% of ADR-inducing administration routine was via vein.CONCLUSION：We should standardize the application of anti-effective drugs in the clinic and enhance ADR monitoring and warning to guarantee the safety and efficacy of drug use.
