阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的疗效观察

目的：观察阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法：将120例颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机均分为3组：I组口服阿司匹林100mg，qd；II组口服辛伐他汀20mg，每晚1次；II组口服阿司匹林100mg，qd＋辛伐他汀20mg，每晚1次。治疗12个月后，分别比较治疗前、后颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）、血液黏度、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平。结果：治疗12个月后，3组血液黏度、TC、TG、LDL、HDL、IMT、CRP比较，Ⅲ组均优于其他2组（P〈O．05）。结论：阿司匹林和辛伐他汀对颈动脉粥样硬化均有治疗作用，阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化效果优于单用阿司匹林或辛伐他汀。

Efficacy Observation of Aspirin Combined with Simvastatin in the Treatment of Carotid Atherosclerosis

To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of aspirin combinated with simvastatin in the treatment of carot- id atherosclerosis. METHODS： 120 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were included in the study and randomly divided into 3 groups： group I was treated with aspirin tablets alone 100 mg, q.d., group II was treated with simvastatin alone 200 mg every night, and group IU was treated with aspirin tablets 100 mg and simvastatin 200 mg every night. The IMT, blood viscosity, TC, TG, HDL, LDL and CRP levels in 3 groups were observed before and after 12-month treatment. RESULTS： After 12-month treat- ment, compared with group I , II the blood viscosity, TC, TG, LDL, HDL, IMT, CRP of group IU were better （P〈0.05）. CON- CLUSION： Aspirin or simvastatin alone is effective in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis, but aspirin combined with simvas- tatin are more effective than aspirin or simvastatin alone in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.
