舒经克痛软胶囊抗痛经的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究舒经克痛软胶囊抗痛经作用。方法:以缩宫素复制小鼠痛经模型,ig舒经克痛软胶囊后进行扭体次数计算;以肾上腺素复制大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍模型,观察舒经克痛软胶囊对大鼠血液流变学的影响和肠系膜毛细血管的扩张作用。结果:舒经克痛软胶囊(38.4、19.2、9.6mg·kg-1剂量)能显著降低缩宫素诱发小鼠痛经模型的扭体次数;能显著降低大鼠血液流变学指标全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数。38.4、19.2mg·kg-1剂量能改善肾上腺素致大鼠的肠系膜微循环障碍,能扩张毛细血管,使血管痉挛恢复时间缩短。结论:舒经克痛软胶囊具有明显的镇痛和活血化瘀功效。

Abstract:OBJECTWE: To study antidysmenorrhea of Shujing ketong soft capsules (SJKTSC). METHODS: The dysmenorrhea model was established in mice by means of oxytoin, and model mice were given SJKTSC via ig to calculate the times of body twisting. The effects of SJKTSC on hemorheologic measures and dilatation of mesenteric capillary were investigated in an adrena- line-induced mesenteric microcirculation disturbance model in rats. RESULTS: SJKTSC(38.4,19.2,9.6 mg. kg-1) significantly reduced the twisting times of mice in dysmenorrheal model induced by oxytocin. In addition, SJKTSC not only decreased the whole blood viscosity, and the index of erythrocyte aggregation (38.4, 19.2 , 9.6 mg·kg-1) , but also improved mesenteric microcirculation (38.4, 19.2 mg·kg-1), dilated mesenteric capillary, and shortened vasospasm duration,CONCLUSION: SJKTSC has prominent pain-relieving effect and efficacy to activate blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.
