摘    要:目的:研究荆防止痒颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以干膏率及苦参碱、氧化苦参碱转移率为指标,考察加水量、提取次数、提取时间对提取工艺的影响。结果:以饮片投料,加12倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次2h为最佳工艺。结论:该工艺稳定、可靠,可为工业生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the extraction procedure for Jingfang zhiyang granules. METHODS: With extract yield and the content of matrine and oxymatrine as indexes, orthogonal test was used to investigate the effect of water amount, extraction times and the time of extraction on extraction technology. RESULTS: The optimum process was as follows: decoction pieces as sample, adding 12 times amount of water, extracting 2 times, 2 hours for each time. CONCLUSION: The extraction process is stable and reliable for industrial production.
