摘    要:目的:研究21种中草药提取物对11株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的体外抗菌作用。方法:采用96孔板培养法和涂片法测定各提取物对MRSA的抑菌率及杀菌率。结果:仙鹤草、半枝莲、夏枯草等8种中草药对MRSA具有较强的抗菌活性,其中仙鹤草醇提物、半枝莲水提物抑菌活性最强,浓度为6.25mg·mL-1时抑菌率均达100%;仙鹤草水提物的杀菌活性最强,浓度为25mg·mL-1时杀菌率达100%。结论:仙鹤草、半枝莲提取物具有明显的抗MRSA作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the antibacterial effects of 21 extracts of Chinese herbal medicine on MRSA in vitro. METHODS: The antibacterial ratio and bactericidal rate of each extract of Chinese herbal medicine were determined by 96-well multiwell plates and direct smear method. RESULTS: 8 Chinese herbal medicines had antibacterial activities on MRSA, such as Agrimonia pilosa, Scutellaria barbata and Prunella vulgaris. The ethanol extracts ofA. pilosa and water extracts of S. barbata had the strongest antibacterial activity, and the antibacterial ratio of them reached 100% as the concentrations of them were 6.25 mg.mL-1. The bactericidal rate of water extracts ofA. pilosa was the highest, reaching 100% as the concentration of it was 25 mg .mL-1. CONCLUSION: The extracts ofA. pilosa and S. barbata show clear antibacterial effects on MRSA.
