我院开展药品不良反应监测工作的经验与体会

目的:总结我院开展药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作的经验与体会,为基层医院安全、合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2005-2009年ADR监测的汇总分析报告和质量指标,及各年为更好开展ADR监测工作所采取措施的效果。结果:我院采取了成立监测组织,构建监测网络;把监测工作纳入科室绩效考核范围;开展多层次培训与宣传,提高ADR报告质量;监测工作为临床服务;开发院内网络上报系统,简化上报程序等措施。通过这些措施,ADR监测工作在数量和质量上逐年上升,医院安全、合理用药水平有所提高。结论:根据医院的自身情况和ADR监测工作的不同阶段的特点,采取相应的管理方法和促进措施,能很好地促进ADR监测工作开展与进步。

Experience and Understanding of Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring in Our Hospitals

OBJECTIVE： To summarize the experience and understanding of adverse drug reaction （ADR） monitoring in our hospital, and to promote safe and rational use of drugs in second-level hospitals. METHODS： ADR reports and quality indicators of ADR monitoring in our hospital from 2005-2009 were analyzed retrospectively as well as the effect of measures taken to improve the work of ADR monitoring. RESULTS： Our hospital established monitoring organization and monitoring network. ADR monitoring was also included in performance evaluation of department. Multiple-level training and propaganda were developed to improve the quality of ADR reports. ADR monitoring was considered as clinical service. Hospital network reporting system was developed and some measures of simplifying reporting procedure were put forwards. By taking all kinds of measures, the quantity and quality of ADR reports increased year by year, and the safe and rational drug use was also promoted in hospital. CONCLUSIONS： According to own situation of hospital and the characteristics of ADR monitoring at different stages, effective management and promotion measures can stimulate the conduct and progress of ADR monitoring.
