我院PIVAS用药医嘱电子信息系统的建立

目的:保障静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)规范运行,促进静脉用药合理使用。方法:基于新的医院信息系统(HIS),按照《静脉用药集中调配质量管理规范》和《电子病历基本规范(试行)》有关规定,构建我院PIVAS用药医嘱电子信息系统。结果与结论:该系统主要包括住院药房管理功能、用药医嘱处理功能、工作流程管理功能、查询功能等模块,并嵌入"药物咨询及用药安全监测系统",既实现了用药医嘱信息在医生工作站、护士工作站和PIVAS工作站间相互顺利传递,又实现了对PIVAS工作流程和环节的管理。其使用中各模块运行正常、稳定,为我院PIVAS的运行提供了强大支持。

Establishment of Medication Orders Electronic Information System in PIVAS of Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To guarantee the operation of PIVAS, and to promote rational use of intravenous drugs. METHODS： Based on the new hospital information system （HIS）, according to the requirements of Intravenous Drug Centralized Deployment Quality Management Practices and Basic Norms of Electronic Medical Records （trial）, medication orders electronic information system was established in our hospital. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The system contains many function modules, such as inpatient pharmacy management, medication order resolution, work flow management and inquiry. Drug inquiry and safety of drug use monitoring system is introduced, which not only achieves the medication orders information passing in the deployment of doctors, nurses and PIVAS workstations smoothly, but also realizes the management of PIVAS workflow and links. Various functional modules operate normally and steadily. It supports the operation of PIVAS in our hospital.
